About The Team

You will be part of the Network Operations Excellence (NOE) team within the Global Support and Integrity Operations (GSIO) organization. The primary goal of this team is to support Dashers, Consumers, and Merchants to maximize customer retention while minimizing costs. We develop feedback mechanisms and insights to influence process design and resource allocation, aiming to enhance customer experience and improve KPIs. The team operates and executes support experiences to achieve these objectives.

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to join our Forecasting and Network Operations Excellence team. This role involves managing projects to scale global operations, optimize processes, and develop cost-saving solutions. Your analytical expertise and strategic vision will be crucial in shaping operational excellence at DoorDash. The role requires experience in SQL, business process improvement, and bridging data with business requirements. You will lead projects and collaborate with teams across Workforce Management, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience.

Location Requirement

Must be based in one of the following locations: New York, Seattle, San Francisco, Tempe, Sunnyvale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage processes and timelines; communicate effectively with senior leadership to ensure accountability.
2. Drive initiatives across technical teams like Data Science and Business Intelligence to achieve business outcomes.
3. Create reports and dashboards within tight deadlines to address immediate needs.
4. Lead demand planning processes for designated business lines.
5. Identify opportunities for business improvement, system optimization, and automation, implementing data-driven process enhancements.
6. Streamline and scale planning processes to meet growth and scalability needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in a Quantitative field +2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelors +4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Quicksight, Looker; familiarity with Snowflake and Sigma is a plus.
• Ability to read ETL pipelines and collaborate with Data and Software Engineers.
• Experience designing metrics and collaborating with Data Scientists.
• Ability to lead projects independently and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for working with contributors and senior leaders.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn and improve the DoorDash ecosystem.

Compensation ranges from $63,000 to $105,900 USD, depending on location, skills, and experience.
