KKR is seeking a Senior Analyst to support compliance testing across assets valued at $220bn+, including fixed income, illiquid credit, asset-backed securities, and real assets, based in Boston.

The role covers day-to-day reviews of investment guidelines for reinsurers and state regulators, onboarding pre-trade controls, and leveraging AI to automate analyses. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred (Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field).
• Understanding of Fixed Income asset classes.
• Interest in finance/investments, with basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set.
• Ability to work with Portfolio Managers and senior management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a broad understanding of all asset classes invested in by KKR’s Insurance segment.
• Support day-to-day reviews of investment guideline compliance reports produced for reinsurance clients and for state regulatory bodies.
• Launch of new sidecar compliance processes.
• Help respond to client inquires.
• Run ad-hoc analysis / scenario-based testing for our Investments Team.
