KeyBank is seeking a Sr. Analyst to support Affordable Housing Mortgage Bankers in securing and processing loans, working with internal teams to deepen client relationships and ensure smooth underwriting and closing processes.

The role involves modeling, evaluating financing opportunities, and coordinating with underwriters and closers while handling compliance and reporting duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Support loan origination in agency, FHA, and private placement executions.
• Model, evaluate and underwrite new financing opportunities with financial modeling and market analysis for debt investors.
• Partner with Mortgage Bankers to pitch execution options for affordable housing products (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Private Placement).
• Prepare preliminary and final loan submissions with underwriters and credit teams.
• Order 3rd party reports and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Assist in securing debt financing for multifamily affordable housing projects under supervision.
