Swagelok is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst in Solon, OH to analyze data, forecast demand, manage inventory, and optimize labor and capacity. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and reports to the Management Team as it drives improvements across the end-to-end supply chain.
The position requires 7+ years in supply chain or customer service, familiarity with project management, Lean/Six Sigma, and strong Excel and SAP skills.

A Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing, recommending and executing organizational improvements. A Supply Chain Analyst will make recommendations to the Management Team around the topics of forecasting, inventory, capacity, labor and/or suppliers. In this position, the Supply Chain Analyst will prepare, analyze and manage the financial and business information needed to make sound decisions and process improvements. Makes recommendations to the Executive Team on labor and inventory management and machine utilization.
Required: 7+ years of experience in previous supply chain/customer service positions
Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of supply chain/customer service positions, subject matter expert on how supply chain business processes and systems work
