The Clean Fight (www.thecleanfight.com) is a not-for-profit dedicated to rapidly scaling climate solutions in New York State and beyond. Many of the technologies needed to address the climate crisis already exist–our mission is to ensure they are adopted quickly, equitably, and at scale. We design and implement models of adoption that identify actionable strategies for accelerating decarbonization, while supporting startups with tailored resources, customer and capital partner connections, and non-dilutive funding to drive deployments.
The Clean Fight’s practice primarily covers building decarbonization and energy storage, with concurrent programs run across these practice areas, including the Deployment Grant Fund, Empire Technology Prize, Affordable Housing Deployment Accelerator, Energy Storage Deploy Now Accelerator, and the International Landing Pad Network.

The Senior Analyst will work closely with members of The Clean Fight’s Program and Partnerships teams to support the design, execution, and growth of our world‑class programs and ecosystem relationships. Each program focuses on a different part of the clean energy economy, ranging from buildings to energy storage.
The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in program management, supporting a wide range of program development activities including market research, materials development, and company/project diligence, in addition to helping deliver a world‑class program curriculum, events, and related program services. Through this role, the Senior Analyst will gain exposure to climate technology solutions, key funders across the private and public sectors, and a broad network of customer, capital, community, and ecosystem partners. The role will include opportunities to support external stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and partnership development efforts across The Clean Fight’s initiatives.
The Senior Analyst will work across multiple programs, and support other key initiatives at The Clean Fight, gaining broad experience in and exposure to the depth and breadth of impact undertaken by the organization.
The team operates under a flexible hybrid model, with in‑person collaboration two days per week in The Clean Fight’s office near Rockefeller Center in Midtown Manhattan. Unfortunately, relocation assistance is not available.
