Refactor Talent in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Investment Team on a full-time basis. The role onsite offers a hands-on opportunity to drive financial analysis, underwriting, and deal execution for commercial real estate investments.

You will build financial models, conduct market research, prepare investment committee materials, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through the investment lifecycle, including leases and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, or investment banking
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Argus Enterprise
• Strong understanding of DCF, NPV, and cash flow analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
