You will specify, architect and design analog/rf/mixed-signal IC blocks, participate in design reviews, and collaborate with a global team to ensure on-time, specification-compliant delivery. Mentoring junior engineers and developing test plans are important parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant industry work experience
• Solid understanding of power-management, control, and communication systems
• Knowledge of digital design techniques & tools (DSP, MATLAB, Verilog, VHDL)

Responsibilities

• Specify, architect, and design Analog/RF/Mixed-Signal ICs from product definition through characterization
• Lead design reviews for analog/RF/Mixed-Signal blocks
• Collaborate with global team to ensure designs meet specifications and are on time
• Develop, implement and execute test plans for lab characterization of post-fab circuit and chip designs
• Mentor junior engineers
