Job summary

EO Solutions in Las Vegas is seeking an Electrical Engineer III/IV specializing in analog circuit design to lead diverse projects, mentor teammates, and drive reliable hardware development.

You will collaborate across disciplines, implement robust control algorithms, and ensure documentation and compliance. A BS/MS in EE with 5+ years of experience, proficiency in power electronics and mixed-signal design, and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in electrical system architecture, power electronics, analog/digital circuits, and control systems.
• Proven track record leading diverse electrical projects.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• US citizenship verification required by federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of analog circuits and electrical systems ensuring safety and performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate components across platforms.
• Oversee analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to enhance performance and reliability.
• Develop and implement control algorithms and systems for specific operations.
• Coordinate with external partners to source high-quality electrical components.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and the broader project team.
• Draft comprehensive technical documentation and ensure project parameters are met.
• Stay updated on industry advancements in electrical engineering.
