Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, or related fields.
• Experience supporting AML/CFT risk assessments.
• Knowledge of FFIEC Exam Manual or CAMS certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the periodic review process by drafting relationship memos and facilitating compliance calls.
• Analyze transaction activity and escalate higher risk issues for relevant clients.
• Evaluate AML/CFT controls and sanctions programs for Latin America and US clients.
• Document customer data accurately in the risk management system.
• Stay informed on industry trends to support risk mitigation.
