ACA Group is seeking an AML/KYC Senior Analyst in Alabama to support investor onboarding and lifecycle due diligence. You will handle intake, documentation review, entity verification, and case completion, ensuring compliance with AML requirements and internal standards.

The role is production-oriented and SLA-driven, focusing on high-quality documentation, timely escalations, and accurate recording of findings while developing deeper AML/KYC expertise within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years AML/KYC or financial services experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding and due diligence workflows.
• Familiar with institutional investor documentation and entity structures.
• Attention to detail and SLA-driven work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and expand AML/KYC expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform investor intake, document collection, review, and verification.
• Execute AML/KYC tasks per SOPs.
• Handle lower-complexity onboarding or lifecycle cases.
• Document findings and decisions.
• Escalate issues or data gaps per guidelines.
• Meet productivity, quality, SLA, and turnaround targets.
