Job summary

Polymarket US operates under CFTC oversight as a regulated prediction market, and the AML team handles detection and reporting of suspicious activity across card, ACH and crypto rails. The role owns your casework from initial review through SAR filing and declination, with your judgment shaping how the program stands up to regulatory scrutiny in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

You will mentor analysts, perform quality control, and develop job aids and training to raise the baseline

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AML investigation experience including SAR filings.
• Strong knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and SAR requirements.
• Ability to analyze transaction activity across multiple rails.
• Clear, well-structured SAR narratives that are defensible.
• Experience with CLEAR or LexisNexis and case management systems.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate escalated cases from transaction monitoring and sanctions screening.
• Analyze funding and trading patterns across payment rails to build a clear activity picture.
• Prepare detailed SARs and document decisions when no SAR is needed.
• Review identity and profile information to assess consistency with known background.
• Support law enforcement requests and perform QA on analyst work.
• Help analysts through complex cases and develop training materials.
