Job summary

Station Casinos LLC. is seeking a Senior Analyst to supervise AML/KYC and due diligence programs across properties in the Las Vegas area. The role involves analyzing risks, conducting investigations, and preparing narratives and reports to support compliance decisions.

You will be the go-to AML escalation point, work with large data sets, and train team members while continuously improving processes. A strong background in AML and data systems is required, with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, criminal justice or IT, or 2 years AML-related experience.
• Casino AML experience preferred.
• Active certification in AML, accounting, criminal justice, or information technology is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data querying; experience with Cognos, LexisNexis, and Everi AML software preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to summarize findings for management.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise AML KYC and due diligence programs.
• Analyze risks, conduct investigations, prepare narratives and reports.
• Identify and report suspicious activity using AML systems.
• Manage data across large tables and summarize outputs for stakeholders.
• Prepare and file suspicious activity reports and related documentation.
• Serve as frontline AML detection and reporting resource.
• Train teammates and create procedural guides.
• Suggest improvements to compliance processes.
