Job summary

Capgemini invites experienced professionals to join its AML and regulatory compliance practice in New York. You will evaluate and enhance client programs, design robust AML processes, and provide hands-on remediation support to meet business objectives.

With 10+ years in consulting and 5+ years in financial crimes, you will guide senior stakeholders, manage teams, and ensure timely delivery within budget. MBA/CAMS preferred, with strong communication and PM skills to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Evaluate and enhance client AML/FCC programs for regulatory compliance.
• Design and improve AML processes, controls, and frameworks.
• Provide hands-on support for AML execution and remediation activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define business and system requirements.
• Plan timelines, deliverables, and project milestones.
• Organize and streamline workflows for efficient execution.
• Manage project teams (2–20 members) and oversee deliverables.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide strategic guidance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Advise on AML regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
