Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AML Financial Crime Audit & Testing Senior Consultant to help financial institutions strengthen BSA/AML controls and internal audit processes.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team delivering risk-based testing across banks, MSBs, Fintechs, and asset managers, and report findings to senior management. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in BSA/ AML/ AML testing or related advisory/consulting/internal audit.
• Ability to travel up to 5% for projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and monitor compliance of BSA/ AML requirements for financial institutions of all sizes.
• Execute across all audit phases: planning, walkthroughs, developing/executing test procedures, tracking artifacts and reporting on deliverables.
• Submit written or oral reports of audit results to senior management and audit committees including findings, analysis, conclusions and recommended actions.
• Build and manage relationships with Business Lines across all three lines of defense.
