Job summary

Crowe, a leading US accounting, consulting and technology firm, is seeking an AML Financial Crime Audit & Testing Senior Consultant. You will work with a diverse team to deliver cutting-edge AML and regulatory compliance practices that help clients maintain a sound AML risk management environment.

The ideal candidate has strong AML/BSA knowledge, internal audit or advisory experience, and can conduct annuity AML testing across banks, MSBs, Fintechs, broker/dealers and asset managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BSA/AML/related fields.
• Ability to travel up to 5% if requested.

Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and monitor compliance of BSA/ AML requirements for financial institutions of all sizes
• Execute across all phases of an audit, including planning, conducting process walkthroughs, developing/executing test procedures, tracking artifacts and reporting on deliverables
• Submit written or oral reports of audit results to senior management and audit committees including findings, analysis, conclusions and recommended actions
• Build and manage relationships with Business Lines across all three lines of defense
