Bayland Health is seeking a Senior Amazon Content & SEO Specialist to optimize and scale product listings across Micro Ingredients, NatureBell, and Deal Supplement, with Micro Ingredients as the primary focus. This hands‑on role drives conversion through strong content, Amazon SEO, and customer insights.

You will own listings from titles to backend terms, collaborate with Brand and Design teams to build scalable content and A+ content, prioritize high-impact ASINs, track CTR and CVR, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Amazon content or SEO experience in consumer products or supplements.
• Proven ability to optimize detail pages including titles, bullets, attributes, backend content, and images.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword relevance, indexing, and search visibility.
• Ability to link content changes to metrics like CTR, CVR, traffic, ranking, and sales.
• Experience using Seller Central and performance data to guide content decisions.
• Experience prioritizing content across multiple SKUs in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and consistency across a large catalog.
• Collaborative work with brand, design, advertising, product, and e-commerce teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Amazon product listings across three brands with a focus on conversion.
• Partner with Brand and Design teams to develop scalable content and images (A+ Content, EBC, Brand Story).
• Audit listing completeness and accuracy across a large SKU portfolio.
• Prioritize ASINs by impact and develop ongoing optimization plans.
• Use Amazon SEO, keyword research, and data to improve discoverability and content quality.
• Monitor CTR, CVR, traffic, ranking, and sales; conduct A/B tests when appropriate.
• Create templates, SOPs, and QA processes for consistency across the catalog.
• Stay current on Amazon content requirements and best practices; extend to Shopify as needed.
