Job summary

Dexis in the United States is seeking a Team Lead to support DOS programs focusing on FMF/IMET. You will guide M&E strategy, manage staff across the AM&E unit, and serve as the primary interface with the Department of State on project deliverables.

The role requires a Master’s degree, a Secret Clearance, and 10+ years in international security or aid programs. Strong leadership, communication, and Excel/SharePoint skills are essential. This is a contingent position upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and at least ten years of relevant professional experience.
• At least five years of foreign or security assistance initiative experience in designing or conducting large-scale AME analytic activities for international programs.
• At least three years of experience leading an M&E team.
• At least six years of professional M&E experience.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subordinates and deliver high-quality analyses.

Responsibilities

• Head the DOS office’s AM&E Unit and oversee all staff on this contract.
• Provide technical direction and guidance for all activities and deliverables.
• Supervise staff and ensure timely completion of products.
• Serve as primary administrative contact between DOS and team members on M&E products.
• Advise on engagement with DOS stakeholders to align with policies.
• Attend client meetings, report progress, and manage staffing levels.
• Provide technical oversight to knowledge management, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Manage relationships with DOS stakeholders and ensure quality analyses.
