Citizens is seeking a qualified professional to join the Treasury Balance Sheet Modeling (BSM) team. You will govern and evolve the centralized QRM framework, supporting forecasting, stress testing, FTP, and risk analytics across Treasury use cases.

You will lead framework development, data architecture, controls, and documentation, collaborating with Treasury, Finance, Risk and Technology to implement new modeling capabilities.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Progressive experience in Treasury, Banking, Risk Management, Quant analytics or financial systems.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Support governance and management of the centralized QRM framework across Treasury use cases.
• Own framework configuration, architecture, data structures, reporting hierarchies and standards.
• Manage framework controls, testing protocols and change governance processes.
• Ensure platform integrity, audit readiness and model governance compliance.
• Lead end-to-end change request lifecycle from intake to deployment.
• Support monthly framework maintenance across Treasury production processes.
• Coordinate upgrades and new functionality within QRM.
• Establish production controls and evidence collection for audits/regulatory needs.
• Deliver ad hoc strategic analytics supporting Treasury initiatives.
