Job Description:

Credence needs a Senior All-Source OSINT-Focused Analyst, language-enabled to support the U.S. Air Forces Central (AFCENT) ISR Technical Support program at Shaw AFB, SC. Language Enable - Arabic, independently tested to ensure ability to listen, read, write, and translate in accordance with Defense Proficiency Language Test (DPLT) or ILR level 2/2. Levantine Arabic is preferred; Modern Standard Arabic is acceptable. This position is slated to start in Spring or Summer 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert analytic support for Open-Source Analysis, managing collection of publicly available information across subject areas to meet client needs.
• Advise senior military and DoD civilian personnel; produce briefings, reports, PowerPoint presentations, and social media summaries.
• Develop strategies and plans for collection of PAI to address intelligence gaps, including tools and methodologies.
• Evaluate and implement PAI collection tools, metadata schemas, and information discoverability processes.
• Integrate intelligence data, analyze, and produce open-source intelligence on political, military, economic, social, criminal, and counterterrorism issues.
• Support long-term intelligence products with PAI research.
• Provide translation support across USCENTCOM AOR; apply knowledge of local customs and current events.
• Utilize open-source tools for near-real-time threat warnings based on client criteria, including EEI and CCIR.
• Serve as subject matter expert on PAI technologies, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Foster collaboration through analytic exchanges and training, maintaining coordination with external entities like national and international intelligence centers.
• Maintain access to specialized intelligence communities and utilize approved ancillary software, including AI translation tools.

Education, Requirements, and Qualifications:

• TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of relevant intelligence analysis experience.
• At least 8 years' analytical experience within DoD or equivalent agencies.
• Former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or equivalent (e.g., USMC 0204, 0210, 0211; Navy Intelligence Specialist; USAF 1N7X1, 1N4X1, 1N0X1).
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and intelligence automation tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Ability to operate as part of an analytical team supporting CJOA-I requirements; willing to travel to CJOA-C.
• Effective briefing skills.
• Language enabled in Arabic, tested at DPLT or ILR level 2/2; Levantine Arabic preferred but MSA acceptable.
• Required training: Open Source (OS) 1 and Middle East Cultural Study; if not completed, must be done within three months of employment.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree, experience in CT, Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA issues, HUMINT, CI, or military analysis, and completed OSINT courses.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• Stationary position 50% of the time.
• Able to ascend/descend stairs and move equipment up to 25 lbs.
• Up to 20% travel within CONUS/OCONUS.
