Job summary

SOSi is seeking a senior-level Team Lead to support the African and Middle Eastern regions for the NCR contract. The role centers on managing contractor personnel, delivering analytic-enabling support, and ensuring high-quality intelligence products.

The candidate will serve as the primary technical contact for the regions, liaise with the PM, and maintain performance objectives while coordinating staffing and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of intelligence analysis or analytic-enabling experience.
• Experience supporting Defense and Intelligence Agencies.
• Deep regional expertise in the Middle East and Africa, including counterterrorism and network analysis.
• CDASA-I or equivalent analytic tradecraft certifications.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the management and technical lead for all contractor personnel in the assigned regions.
• Provide senior-level subject matter expertise to the African and Middle Eastern regions, completing complex analytic tasks independently.
• Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the regions, ensuring coordination and execution.
• Support the TO Program Manager and serve as the primary technical point of contact for the regions.
• Oversee day-to-day production and dissemination of all-source intelligence products per standards.
• Coordinate with customers, COR, and stakeholders within the regions.
• Manage staffing, cost, schedule, performance, and risk within the regions.
• Ensure no vacancy persists beyond 30 days without excusable delay.
