Job summary

MANTECH in Sterling, VA is seeking a Senior All Source Intel Analyst to support homeland security missions. You will produce finished analyses and briefings for senior officials, using classified and open sources to inform CBP operations and policy decisions.

Ideal candidates hold TS/SCI clearance, have 7+ years in all-source intelligence, and strong communication and liaison capabilities to coordinate with IC partners and law enforcement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of all-source intelligence experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience liaising with external law enforcement and IC partners
• Expertise in IC standards, tradecraft, and Sourcing

Responsibilities

• All-source intelligence analysis on homeland security topics including border security and counterterrorism
• Research, network development, and recommendations for operational elements and external agencies
• Prepare finished analytic products, assessments, and briefings from classified/unclassified sources
• Identify gaps in intelligence and coordinate with collection managers to meet requirements
• Coordinate and produce intelligence briefings for senior US officials and IC partners
• Coordinate across IC agencies on topics for national intelligence briefings
• Utilize IC analytic tools and databases (e.g., Analyst Notebook, WISE) for analysis
• Maintain relationships with external law enforcement and Intel community partners
