Job summary

SOSi seeks an All-Source Analyst in Tampa, FL to provide senior-level intelligence analysis across multiple data sources, supporting IPOE and interagency coordination. The role emphasizes C5ISR systems, infrastructure risk, and rapid production of actionable intelligence products.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• Master's degree preferred; 10+ years in intelligence, or 15 years overall.
• Minimum 12 years of all-source intelligence experience at the full performance level.
• At least 10 years of intelligence support to special operations.
• 3+ years of writing formal finished intelligence assessments.
• Experience briefing at the O-6/GS-15 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Leverage classified, open source, and commercial data to inform operational strategies.
• Adapt targeting methodologies (e.g., F3EA).
• Provide CI analytics support for SOF and HUMINT operations.
• Assess global risks and threats for intelligence products.
• Develop and submit intelligence collection requirements.
• Monitor high-volume intelligence reporting channels.
• Evaluate credibility and relevance of incoming source information.
• Create and maintain databases and timelines on targets of interest.
• Fuse information from SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT into assessments.
• Apply structured analytic techniques to mitigate bias.
• Author a range of analytic products from daily summaries to long assessments.
• Forecast adversary actions and future developments.
• Prepare and deliver intelligence briefings to various audiences.
• Respond to RFIs and tailor products to customer needs.
