Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst to support the DIA team at the Pentagon. The role requires conducting analysis across multiple sources, producing high-quality written products, and briefing senior policymakers.

A TS/SCI clearance is required, with a rotation that includes 5 weeks of varying shifts. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of intelligence experience, knowledge of ICD 203 tradecraft, and a history of delivering actionable leads and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of intelligence analysis or related training.
• Knowledge of US IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Experience with strategic intelligence writing and tradecraft.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables for clients across tactical to strategic levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis using multiple sources to assess, forecast, and explain national-security issues.
• Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and requirements.
• Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers and defense stakeholders; include briefings.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of China politics, military and economics, focusing on military capabilities.
