Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking an Intelligence Analyst III to support Army Research and Technology Protection Center. You will join a skilled team while supporting intelligence assessments, incident reporting, and data triage to safeguard Army programs and technologies.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a TS/SCI clearance. You will coordinate with multiple agencies and prepare formal reports under ASA(ALT) SOP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of intelligence analysis experience.
• Eight to ten years of intelligence analysis experience.
• Special Skills: working understanding of computer network terminology & architecture, familiarity with computer forensic terminology/techniques, and the NIST cybersecurity framework.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills to interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
• Valid US Passport.

Responsibilities

• Conduct All-Source intelligence analytic assessments addressing the impact of compromised cyber data on Army technologies and programs.
• Produce and deliver an Incident Report (IR) annotating findings and coordinate ARTPC Intelligence Impact Statements per SOP.
• Respond to RFIs from Government Security Specialists and Contractor Engineers to support ARTPC assessments.
• Maintain records of RFI requests and responses for CID A case management and workload analysis.
• Review Army Damage Assessment Reports and identify Army equities through data triage and analysis.
• Produce CIDARs with findings and insights from the intel team per ASA(ALT) SOP.
