Job summary

Core4ce is seeking a senior all-source intelligence analyst to support USCC DCO mission sets, including network defense, threat hunting, and adversary characterization on classified networks. You will leverage multi-INT to produce finished intelligence and brief senior leadership.

Qualifications include 20+ years in U.S. military or IC, TS/SCI with CI poly, and leadership experience. The role collaborates across interagency partners and may evolve with business needs.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in U.S. military or IC intelligence operations
• Active TS/SCI clearance with current Counterintelligence (CI) Scope polygraph
• U.S. citizenship required
• Demonstrated experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst at operational or strategic level
• Proven expertise in cyber intelligence operations and DCO-focused intelligence support
• Experience with SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and/or FININT collection and analysis
• Strong understanding of adversary TTPs within the cyber domain
• Experience supporting DoD or IC customers at the combatant command level
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of intelligence professionals
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior-level all-source intelligence analyst supporting USCC DCO mission sets, including network defense, threat hunting, and adversary characterization
• Conduct CFA and SoS analysis to identify adversary cyber capabilities, intent, and vulnerabilities targeting DoD networks and critical infrastructure
• Analyze and assess centrality, criticality, dependability, and vulnerability of complex adversarial systems
• Produce, author, and publish finished intelligence products on classified networks
• Leverage multi-INT collection to provide holistic threat assessments
• Identify, track, and analyze emerging cyber threats from peer and near-peer adversaries
• Support targeting and effects planning by identifying critical nodes and dependencies
• Coordinate with interagency partners to integrate intelligence into DCO frameworks
• Brief senior leadership on threat assessments and operational recommendations
• Assist in developing threat intelligence frameworks and future threat assessments
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level intelligence analysts
• This position is designed to be flexible with evolving responsibilities

• Serve as a senior-level all-source intelligence analyst supporting USCC DCO mission sets, including network defense, threat hunting, and adversary characterization
• ConductCritical Factors Analysis (CFA)andSystems-of-Systems (SoS)analysis to identify adversary cyber capabilities, intent, and vulnerabilities targeting DoD networks and critical infrastructure
• Analyze and assesscentrality, criticality, dependability, and vulnerabilityof complex adversarial systems including government, military, and commercial entities
• Produce, author, and publishfinished intelligence productson classified networks in support of USCC operational planning and DCO decision-making
• Leveragemulti-INT collection(SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, FININT, CYBINT) to provide holistic threat assessments supporting DCO planning and operations
• Identify, track, and analyzeemerging cyber threatsfrom peer and near-peer adversaries (China, Russia, Iran, DPRK) targeting U.S. networks and critical systems
• Supporttargeting and effects planningby identifying critical nodes, vulnerabilities, and dependencies within adversary cyber infrastructure
• Coordinate with interagency partners includingNSA, DIA, CIA, and other IC elements to integrate intelligence into DCO operational frameworks
• Brief senior leadership on threat assessments, intelligence products, and operational recommendations
• Assist in the development ofthreat intelligence frameworksandfuture threat assessmentsrelevant to the evolving cyber operational environment
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level intelligence analysts

• Previous assignment atNSA, DIA, USCC, or equivalent IC agency

• Graduate degree in International Relations, Strategic Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Completion of senior professional military education (PME) or equivalent IC training programs
• Experience withexecutive leadership training programs or equivalent senior leadership development programs
