Job description

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst to support United States Special Operations Command CENTRAL (USSOCCENT), primarily located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL and Others

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

Responsibilities:

  1. Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
  2. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.

Required qualifications/skills:

  1. Minimum of a master’s degree.
  2. Minimum of 12 or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level.
  3. At least five (5) years working for or with SOCCENT SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
  4. At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
  5. At least three (3) years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
  6. Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
  7. Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
  8. Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
  9. Security Clearance: Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
