Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC seeks a Senior All-Source Analyst to support USINDOPACOM intelligence requirements, starting with a cyber-focused team and expanding to a China/Japan-focused portfolio within the Indo-Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will fuse data from multiple disciplines to produce operational and strategic intelligence products for senior defense and national-level customers, while adapting to evolving priorities across cyber, military, and regional domains.

Qualifications

At least 12 years of experience relevant to senior all-source intelligence analysis, with a portion of that experience in the past two years.
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
Comprehensive mission knowledge and development suitable for a senior analyst.
Demonstrated ability to interpret incomplete, indirect, highly complex information and communicate its significance.
Experience coordinating with multiple analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
Experience delivering defense intelligence products for senior audiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead or guide research into multifaceted or critical intelligence problems.
Experience selecting, designing, and applying validated analytic methodologies.
Ability to collaborate with IC partners on information sharing, collection requirements, analytic disputes, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

Conduct all-source analysis across cyber, military, regional, and transnational threat sets.
Initially support a cyber-focused analytic team by integrating cyber and military intelligence with broader regional context.
Be adaptable to transition to China/Japan-focused analysis within the Indo-Pacific region.
Fuse strategic all-source data into operational and strategic intelligence products addressing regional and national security issues.
Support collections, operations, target development, and crisis response requirements.
Produce planned and crisis-support intelligence products for DIA, DoD senior leaders, combatant commands, and national customers.
Apply ICD 203 analytic tradecraft and DIA-approved product lines and formats.
Develop foundational intelligence data in MIDB, MARS, and successor systems.
Coordinate intelligence assessments with Defense Intelligence Enterprise, IC partners, and foreign counterparts.
