Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst to support USINDOPACOM intelligence requirements. You will start with a cyber-focused team and later expand to a China/Japan-focused portfolio within Indo-Pacific regional analysis.

The role requires deep all-source capabilities, the ability to learn new mission areas, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver operational and strategic intelligence for senior DoD and national-level customers.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in senior all-source intelligence analysis.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
• Ability to interpret incomplete, indirect, complex intel and communicate significance.
• Experience structuring analysis across multiple analysts, organizations, and disciplines.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
• Experience briefing senior DoD/Intelligence Community customers.
• Experience leading or guiding research into critical intelligence problems.
• Experience applying validated analytic methodologies and evaluating perspectives.
• Collaboration with IC partners on information sharing, collection requirements, and disputes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis using multiple disciplines to assess regional or functional national-security issues.
• Integrate cyber and military intelligence with broader regional context on a cyber-focused analytic team.
• Be ready to transition to China/Japan-focused analysis as mission priorities evolve.
• Fuse strategic data into operational and strategic intelligence products addressing regional security concerns.
• Support collections, operations, target development, and investigative reasoning for DIA and senior leaders.
• Produce assessments, information papers, articles, and briefings for warfighters and national customers.
• Apply ICD 203 analytic tradecraft and DIA standards in product lines and formats.
• Develop foundational intelligence and expand data records in MIDB, MARS, and successor systems.
