Job summary

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst to support TSOC Intelligence Directorate and JICSOC at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. This role requires deep all-source analysis experience and coordinating fused intelligence products across teams.

You will lead research using classified and unclassified data, briefing senior leadership, and producing finished intelligence across multiple classifications in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of all-source intelligence experience with IC/DoD, including briefing for senior leadership.
• Graduate-level degree in national security or international relations.
• 8+ years in designated Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
• 5+ years in collaborative, multi-skilled teams.
• 1+ year using ArcGIS.
• 10+ years with IC tools and applications (Trident, TAC).
• Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Celestar Corporation is on the hunt for a Senior All-Source Analyst to join our team supporting the Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC) Intelligence Directorate and the Joint Intelligence Center Special Operations Command (JICSOC). This role is based at the HQ USSOCOM in sunny Tampa, FL. If you're passionate about making an impact and ready for a new challenge, we'd love to see your application!

Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading all-source analysis and coordinating efforts for fused intelligence production.
• Combining geospatial and SCA analysis to support strategic, operational, and tactical planning.
• Diving deep into research using both classified and unclassified data to support PAS requirements.
• Collaborating with key internal and external contacts to ensure research efforts are comprehensive.
• Identifying information gaps and developing source-directed requirements (SDR).
• Producing high-quality finished intelligence products like studies, briefings, and bulletins at various classification levels.
• Analyzing military, political, and national security trends and assessing their impact on SOF operations.

Your Ideal Background

• 10+ years of all-source intelligence experience with the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD), including writing and briefing for senior leadership.
• Graduate-level degree (MA/MS) in national security or international relations.
• 8+ years of experience in designated Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
• 5+ years of experience working in a collaborative, multi-skilled team environment.
• 1+ year experience using ArcGIS.
• 10+ years of experience with IC tools and applications (Trident, TAC, etc.).
• Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
