WHOOP is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional execution across the Core Algorithm Development team in Boston. You will partner with algorithm engineers, data scientists, firmware and software teams, product managers, and validation to deliver physiological algorithms powering WHOOP’s member experience.

You will drive roadmap planning, model development through validation and release, building scalable processes for high-quality, predictable releases.

Qualificações

• Experience managing algorithm development programs through full lifecycle: planning, development, validation, integration, release.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for executive updates and roadmap planning.
• Experience with physiological sensing, wearables, ML systems or data-driven products is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional planning, execution, and delivery of complex algorithm programs.
• Establish scalable development processes for multiple concurrent programs.
• Coordinate validation efforts, testing strategies, and release readiness.
• Develop program reporting and executive visibility on progress, risks, and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning, execution and release management.
• Collaborate with algorithm engineers, data scientists, firmware engineers, software teams, and product management.
