Nortal seeks aSenior Security Engineer to support the TUI project, focusing on Akamai-based security solutions for web apps, APIs, and online services. You will design, deploy, and optimize WAF/CDN/DDoS configurations while coordinating with IT and business teams worldwide.

You will conduct regular security testing, implement robust policies, and monitor security alerts to drive remediation efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience as a Security Engineer.
• Experience with Akamai or equivalents (WAF, CDN, DDoS) in web security.
• Ability to design and implement security controls across large digital environments.

• Maintain and develop expertise in Akamai technologies including WAF, CDN, DDoS protection, and Bot Manager Premier.
• Design and deploy Akamai-based security solutions to protect web applications, APIs, and online services.

• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing to identify threats.
• Implement and manage security policies and controls to ensure compliance with industry standards.
