Vantage Group seeks an Assistant Director of Operations for Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB) to lead safe, secure, and efficient airport operations. You will oversee airfield and landside maintenance, terminal facilities, and infrastructure planning while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires 8–10 years of multi-disciplinary airport experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and a proven track record in leadership and emergency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 8–10 years of airport operations experience.
• Proven leadership and risk management in complex operations.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders including FAA/TSA and tenants.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership across GRB airport operations, maintenance, facilities, housekeeping, and infrastructure.
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, federal, state, local and airport requirements.
• Lead emergency preparedness, response planning and training for incidents.
• Coordinate with partners, tenants, and authorities to advance GRB operations.
