Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of general trade experience in building trades.
• Licenses in plumbing, electrical and/or HVAC desirable.
• Florida driver's license with driving privileges required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Terminal Building and out buildings and repair as needed to meet airport needs.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance with tenants to minimize impact on operations.
• Recommend purchases to department management per policy and procedure.
• Work independently or with others on basic to complex projects as assigned by managers.
