This permanent, hybrid role provides legal leadership on strategic technology, SaaS, outsourcing and services transactions, advising business leaders and commercial teams. You will structure, draft and negotiate sophisticated master agreements, mentor deal teams and collaborate with product, procurement and finance.

Qualifications

• JD/LLB/LLM or equivalent law degree with bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably leading commercial/tech transactions.
• Experience as lead counsel on sophisticated technology transactions including SaaS, outsourcing and licensing.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the legal support for strategic, high-value deals with airline customers and partners.
• Draft, review and negotiate master SaaS, licensing, outsourcing, and services agreements; structure commercial arrangements.
• Lead cross-functional deal teams, organize milestones, mitigate risk, and provide strategic legal guidance to executives and stakeholders.
• Advise product, delivery, finance and procurement on contractual rights, risk allocation and governance.
