Qualifications

• The candidate must hold a JD from a US-accredited law school.
• 3-5 years of experience providing expert employment law advice.
• Knowledge of employment laws across the Americas; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate employment and related agreements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across the Americas and advise on risk.
• Supervise outside labor and employment counsel across the region.
• Manage responses to inquiries by state, federal, and local agencies.
• Update Employment Handbooks for US, Canada, and LATAM; coordinate updates.
