Job summary

Mercer Engineering Research Center (MERC) in Warner Robins, GA, seeks a Senior Reliability Analyst to lead data-driven reliability studies for aircraft and ground systems. You will collect, analyze, and report maintenance data and work with engineering on root-cause investigations to improve availability.

Applicants should have DoD-related experience or clear understanding of reliability methodologies and maintainability concepts, with strong communication and teamwork skills in a research

Qualifications

• Requires data evaluation, interpretation and analysis capabilities.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with reliability or maintenance data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability and sustainment activities for aircraft and ground equipment.
• Develop and present reliability analyses (daily, weekly, monthly, long-term).
• Coordinate root-cause analysis and recommend improvements to increase availability.
• Ensure tasks meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.
