Job summary

Nutrien is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for corporate aviation operations in Illinois. You will ensure high safety, compliance, and presentation while collaborating across bases to share best practices.

Qualifications

FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate is required.
8+ years of aircraft maintenance experience.
Experience with medium to large business jets preferred, Citation Sovereign beneficial.
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills; travel-ready.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance per FAA regs and manuals.
Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and documented in maintenance records.
Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft systems including avionics, engines, hydraulics, and flight controls.
Inspect, test, and verify serviceability of components and systems.
Maintain maintenance logs and discrepancy reports.
Collaborate with bases to share best practices and ensure consistency.
Travel as required to support operations and hangar duties.
