Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Appleton, WI seeks an Interior Installation Tech IV for second shift, with strong interior knowledge to remove, install, and fabricate aircraft interiors per design specifications. You will mentor others and manage projects from start to finish under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 4 years of related experience, with aerospace experience preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
4 years of applicable installation, fabrication or related experience.
Experience in aerospace industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely perform aircraft interior removal, installation, and/or fabrication per specs.
Coordinate with supervision and inspection to ensure compliance with procedures and sign-offs.
Mentor and train other Interior Installation Technicians and review work for quality.
Lead tasks, procure materials and documentation for assigned work.
Use material tracking to create parts demand and sign-off work.
Follow SOPs and maintain shop tools and equipment.
Prepare and install interior items per procedures and standards.
Remove and re-install fasteners and hardware on interiors.
Maintain safety and housekeeping policies and address hazards.
Assist technicians with maintenance requirements.
Adapt to schedule changes and coordinate across shops.
