Job summary

StandardAero is seeking an Aircraft Engine Mechanic III to maintain, repair, and overhaul aircraft engines, modules, components and accessories in our Dallas facility.

The role requires 3+ years of aviation engine maintenance experience, a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant license, and the ability to read schematics, drawings and technical manuals. You will ensure airworthiness, document repairs, and support continuous improvement while working safely.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of aviation engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul experience.
• Must have a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret schematics, drawings and manuals.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble engines, modules and components per specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair products according to procedures.
• Interpret drawings and specs using precision measuring tools.
• Use jigs, gauges, plant equipment and consumables as required.
• Maintain repair records and ensure airworthiness.
