Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace in Appleton, Wisconsin is seeking a Master Craftsperson to perform high-precision repairs and installations, leading with technical expertise in manufacturing and service. You will work in a team, adhere to safety, 5S, and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, FAA A&P license or repairman certificate within 30 days, 10 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with CATIA V5 and Solumina.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; FAA A&P license or repairman certificate within 30 days of start date.
• 10 years extensive experience in production/manufacturing/service center.
• CATIA V5 and Solumina software familiarity.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing/installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical functions such as manufacturing methods, sequencing, assembly and installation details.
• Troubleshoot tooling, production, assemblies and aircraft systems to improve efficiency and quality.
• Assist in planning methods for producing parts and using tooling efficiently.
• Interact with Engineering and Quality to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions.
• Develop and administer the Employee Skills Development Program.
