Qualifications

• MS or BS in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in the air quality field; at least 1 year in a senior project management role.
• Expertise in air permitting and compliance (NSR, NNSR, PSD, NSPS) and Texas permitting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee air quality projects including monitoring, compliance, and reporting.
