Job summary

Ramboll Blue Bell, PA seeks an Air Quality Principal to lead the Environment and Health team's air quality efforts and drive innovative solutions across sectors. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff to deliver high-impact projects.

You will manage client and regulatory relations, oversee permit processes, and contribute to Ramboll's growth through strategic business development and collaboration with agencies and colleagues.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Engineering or Environmental Sciences or related discipline.
• 13+ years of air science experience, largely in consulting.
• Ability to apply environmental regulations to real-world cases.
• Understanding of air quality issues and approved methods.
• Ability to manage client and regulatory relationships externally and staff priorities internally.
• Demonstrated business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
• Managing projects, clients, and regulatory agency relations.
• Interpreting local, state, and federal regulations and communicating findings.
• Overseeing preparation of federal and state air permit materials.
• Testifying at administrative and court hearings.
• Participating in local, national and international scientific and trade group meetings.
• Conducting site visits.
