Qualifications

• 9+ years of air quality consulting experience including permitting and modeling.
• Demonstrated project management, proposal development, and budgeting.
• Experience with federal/state air regulations (Clean Air Act) and NSR/PSD.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; programming experience in Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead on complex air quality projects.
• Review and interpret local, state, and federal regulations for air compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and manage deliverables to high quality.
• Prepare air quality permit applications and environmental reports.
• Estimate emissions and conduct engineering evaluations of sources.
