Raft is seeking an experienced Air Operations and Exercise Planner to lead operational planning for OPLAN rehearsals at Hickam AFB, HI. The role requires TS/SCI eligibility and 5+ years in an AOC environment.

You will coordinate with joint and coalition planners and use JOPPA, APEX, and GenAI to craft plans and orders. Onsite at Hickam AFB, travel up to 25%, with a highly competitive salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Air Operations Center (AOC) operations and planning processes.
• Familiarity with JOPPA, APEX, and joint planning methods.
• Experience with JOPT, C2IE, Maven Smart System, and SharePoint environments.
• GenAI/LLM experience applied to operational planning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational planning and exercise support for OPLAN rehearsals.
• Develop mission analyses reflecting customer requirements in JPTO planning.
• Coordinate with AFFOR and coalition planners on blue force plans.
• Prepare and coordinate AODs, MAAP processes, and related briefs.
• Support STRAT, TET, and MAAP processes for exercises and rehearsals.
