ACT1 Federal LLC. seeks a Senior Air Defense Officer (SADO) to replicate doctrinal AOC defensive operations and serve as the Air and Missile Defense SME during joint exercises at Hurlburt Field, FL.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years as an AOC SADO or instructor, and active TS/SCI clearance. Responsibilities include coordinating with air battle managers and defense assets to support training audiences and exercise execution.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as an AOC SADO or instructor.
• Advanced knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defense doctrine.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and replicate doctrinal AOC defensive operations and represent the Area Air Defense Commander during exercise execution.
• Manage theater command and control assets and theater defensive operations in support of training objectives.
• Coordinate with Air Battle Managers, BCD, TMDO, and other AOC SMEs to support exercises.
• Replicate the full scope of defensive team responsibilities as the sole SME when required.
• Coordinate theater missile warning and response and advise on air defense status.
• Maintain communications with subordinate C2 agencies and assess fighter/air defense assets.
• Collaborate with CRC, AWACS, JSTARS, E-2, TAOC, and Aegis/Red Crown for radar and CAP coverage.
