Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, is seeking a Senior AI Video Technical Artist in Southern California. You will own AI shot execution, reusable workflows, and QA for production-ready handoffs across product, social, advertising, and e‑commerce channels.

Role requires hands-on experience with node-based pipelines and compositing, strong branding discipline, and collaboration with Creative Technology, Legal, Privacy, and Security to ensure compliant workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in video production, motion design, VFX, or creative technology with hands-on generative video work.
• Portfolio of commercial AI-assisted video or motion work; interview includes a practical exercise.
• Fluency with node-based generative pipelines and image-to-video workflows.
• Proficiency in compositing/finishing tools and color/space management.

Responsibilities

• Execute AI video production: design, run, and refine workflows on enterprise-managed inference environments.
• Transform approved product photography into dynamic motion content while preserving fidelity.
• Produce and curate motion assets at volume through governed production lanes with QA.
• Build reusable motion templates and structured prompt systems to scale branding.
• Define quality criteria for generated motion and contribute to QA gates.
• Deliver campaign-ready assets to spec with proper formats and handoff.
• Provide video-specific training and documentation with PM coordination.
• Monitor evolving AI models for fit within Skechers' AI ecosystem.
• Other duties as assigned.
