Job summary

EY is seeking AI Systems Engineers to own the security and trust fabric of EY’s AI-native platform across multiple environments. You will manage workload identity, secrets, PKI, and attestation, building trusted, auditable, and isolated compute environments.

You will collaborate with security, cloud platform, and SRE teams to ensure compliance, risk management, and governance across cloud and on-premises deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Security, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in security engineering, identity/PKI, or trust infrastructure with production ownership.
• Hands-on experience with workload identity (SPIRE/SPIFFE), IAM (Keycloak/Entra ID), and secrets (OpenBao/Vault).
• Strong PKI knowledge, X.509 lifecycle, key management, and transit encryption.
• Experience with confidential compute and hardware attestation (TDX, SEV-SNP, SGX, NVIDIA DOCA) and secure boot (Intel TXT).
• Proven ability to deliver identity and secrets across multi-tenant, multi-environment platforms.
• Experience operating under compliance with audit-grade evidence requirements.
• Ability to define ownership boundaries and consumption contracts with platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Own workload identity and secrets management across environments and tenants.
• Build confidential compute environments with attestation and audit-readiness.
• Establish a platform-wide identity model for all workloads and services.
• Own the cryptographic lifecycle: issuance, rotation, revocation, expiry of certificates/keys.
• Enforce attestation policy and capture evidence for audits.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Security / Cloud Platform / SRE for audit readiness.
