Job summary

EY is seeking AI Systems Engineers to own the security and trust fabric of EY’s AI-native platform, covering identity, secrets, cryptographic lifecycle, and attestation across cloud, on-prem, edge, and air-gapped environments.

You will drive workload identity, secret management, and attestation policies, collaborating with security, cloud, and SRE teams to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Security, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own workload identity and secrets management across environments.
• Build confidential compute environments to ensure isolation, attestability, and audit-readiness.
• Establish the platform-wide identity model for verifiable identities across telemetry and policy enforcement.
• Own the cryptographic lifecycle: certificates, keys, and roots with rotation and revocation.
• Enforce attestation policy for nodes, enclaves, and workloads with audit evidence.
• Partner with Enterprise Security / Cloud Platform / SRE for audit-readiness in regulated contexts.
