Yuma is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to act as a trusted advisor to executives and leadership teams, guiding AI transformation and IT strategy discussions. You will develop new business, expand key accounts, and drive commercial growth across Yuma’s end-to-end capabilities.

You will collaborate with multiple experts to translate complex technology into measurable business value, build long-term partnerships, and contribute to a fast-growing, innovative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, strategic consulting or business development roles.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Experience advising executives and senior decision makers.
• Strong ownership, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver an annual commercial target by developing new business opportunities and expanding strategic accounts.
• Identify market trends and emerging technologies to translate them into growth opportunities for Yuma.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals and negotiations with clients; manage long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Yuma to build integrated, high-quality solutions for clients.
