McKinsey & Company seeks a senior AI leader to shape and deliver transformations for industrial ecosystems, spanning automotive, machinery, aerospace, and semiconductors. You will guide AI agendas, architect scalable solutions, and mentor multidisciplinary teams across global client projects.

Expect to lead end-to-end delivery, align stakeholders, and ensure durable value through advanced analytics, data architecture, and governance across platforms including AWS, GCP or Azure.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in applying AI and analytics to industrials, with hands-on understanding of data and technology environments.
• 7+ years of experience applying data science, analytics, and AI to drive measurable business impact in client-facing or senior settings.
• Experience designing and scaling modern AI solutions, including production-grade ML, generative AI, and workflow-based AI approaches.
• Experience with data migrations, IT transformations, or enterprise CRM/ERP implementations (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle).
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary engineering and analytics teams, including distributed/offshore teams.
• Strong expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure) and fluency in SQL and Python, plus MLOps pipelines.
• Travel flexibility between 40–80%.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proven track record of client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Counsel clients and shape their AI agendas, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Architect AI acceleration programs and drive end-to-end delivery from use case to deployment and adoption.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring business impact lands beyond slides.
• Build scalable data architecture, governance, and secure MLOps foundations across lines of business.
• Mentor QuantumBlack and AI by McKinsey teams and collaborate with client product/tech leaders.
• Oversee multiple deployments and lead large, high-profile working sessions with senior clients.
